Wednesday May 29, 2019
Kerry shares her Ayahuasca experience which began with the revelation of her own childhood sexual trauma. We talk about challenging and difficult Ayahuasca experiences that leave people feeling traumatized and the integration that follows sometimes involving identifying emotions and trauma in the body. Other topics that come up are: attachment to negative energies & ancestral healing. We also talk about using dreams to help us address everyday issues and as an important and valuable integrative tool. We both emphasize the value and need for making time to integrate after an Ayahuasca experience.

Discussion with Angela Benck
Wednesday Feb 27, 2019
Wednesday Feb 27, 2019
We begin the discussion by talking about following our path/purpose, how Ayahuasca often calls us to do what resonates deeply with us and the resistance we felt in doing this. We discuss motherhood and how we have changed how we parent as a result of our experiences with Ayahuasca. We share parenting stories and lessons we learned and how we applied them with our children. We share little techniques, tools and practices we use as part of our integrative process. We talk about coming from the position of love and how powerful that is and how it's connected to the deeper place within that we tap into to heal and grow. We agree that this process can often seem as challenging as it is rewarding and that it's important to acknowledge the extraordinary accomplishment that integration is.

Interview with Quantum Physicist and Author Dr. Amit Goswami
Sunday Dec 16, 2018
Sunday Dec 16, 2018
The interview begins part way into the discussion due to technical issues and Amit discusses the materialist scientific mindset as prejudicial. Amit shared his short lived Ayahuasca experience early on which we allude to again during this discussion but most of our discussion is devoted to exploring society's attitude towards expanded consciousness and the experiences we have beyond the physical. Amit talks about the veracity of the reports that come from near death experiences and we discuss experiences both of us have had hearing voices and how they have impacted our choices and our lives. Dr. Goswami confirms that quantum physics validates the experiences we’re having with Ayahuasca and all of the unique experiences many of us are having afterwards. Amit discusses the challenges he’s faced in bringing Quantum Science into the formal education system and he shares his vision of a new kind of education that would embrace this understanding of the world beyond the physical – an education that would help us to understand ourselves and our consciousness. We discuss how important it is to have meaning in our lives and finally, although Dr. Amit Goswami has written an all-encompassing book called “The Everything Answer Book: How Quantum Science Explains Love, Death and The Meaning of Life” we both agree that remaining open and keeping our beliefs fluid is ideal.

Thursday Nov 22, 2018
Thursday Nov 22, 2018
In this episode, we discuss the mind, Ayahuasca, Shamanism and the many tools we use and approaches we take to integrate our Ayahuasca experiences. Matthew talks about his early experiences with the medicine, shares some personal stories and draws on many years of experience with shamanism and other disciplines to help illustrate integrative concepts and experiences. Drake shares his story about how he discovered Ayahuasca, the issues that came up and how he used NLP techniques to change the automated response patterns in his mind. He also explains some NLP concepts and how they relate to one of his personal integrative experiences. I share my own Ayahuasca assisted experiences of doing similar work incorporating a shamanic approach to interrupt harmful thought patterns. We discuss the intellect: both harmful and positive aspects of it and other aspects of the mind that can be used to help us understand our relationships with others and help us to respond in a healthier way to what is going on in our lives.

Thursday Oct 18, 2018
Thursday Oct 18, 2018
Lynette Allen is a women's life coach who has written several books on the subject and has now begun her journey with Ayahuasca. Lynette shares her initial concerns about the medicine before she had her own experience with it. She shares her own experience and talks about the kinds of changes she has witnessed as a result of her involvement with this teaching medicine. She speaks passionately about the immense possibilities of the medicine in terms of personal growth. She describes in vivid detail an experience of removing her own toxic energy with Ayahuasca. We discuss looking into these darker aspects of ourselves and the importance of this and how it helps us grow. She talks about how trusting medicine during difficult processes can be most beneficial. We talk about the states we experience after Ayahuasca and our heightened awareness of both lighter and darker states and how important it is to agree to work through it instead of run away from it as we often tend to want to do. Lynette describes an Ayahuasca experience of physical healing - another cleansing episode - and the reduced pain in her life afterwards. We talk about our learned physical tension responses and the long journey of working through this and how Ayahuasca helps with this. In the end Lynette underlines our personal responsibility for our own wellness.
